Manuscript Submission Guidelines

 Submitted manuscripts must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication. Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review process handled by the Technical Program Committee. 

The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates, as well as formatting instructions, can be found here. Papers must be at minimum of 3 pages and maximum of 6 pages of technical content.
